Instructions:

Use the form provided to participate in our Summer Reading Program. Fill in an icon on the back for every 10 minutes spent reading.

Read any material or format you choose!  Read on your own or with a group! Reading is reading!

Return your completed form to your local branch. You can submit via email, library@carteretcountync.gov or by dropping your completed form in one of our book drops!

Every completed form will be entered into a raffle for one of our prize packs. You can enter as many forms as you’d like! Each completed form equals one entry.

All forms must be turned in by Monday, August 25th, at 8am.
