Beaufort ~ Whiskers, Words and Wonders In-Person
The Carteret County Humane Society will teach us a fabulous lesson on pet care, help us draw pictures of one of the shelter animals and write a letter as if we were that animal, asking a new owner to adopt us. Bring your own stuffed animals to leave for an all-night sleepover, and the library staff will take fun pictures to record their shenanigans and to send to your grown-up. Don't forget to bring in supplies for the animal shelter!
