Over five consecutive weeks, Graham will guide weekly, two-hour, hands-on workshops. Each is designed to shift you into action, giving you insider tips and tricks to get your business rolling.

Week 1, February 18, 2021, 6pm – Creating a Business that Will Sell

You can’t sell what you don’t know. This workshop will address how to develop a successful business idea, and how to research and refine that idea. Whether you are thinking about a business or already in business, this workshop is going to help you clarify what you are selling in the clearest possible terms.

Week 2, February 25, 2021, 6pm  – Figuring Out Your Customers

A business is only as good as the people whose problems you are solving. This workshop will help you explore the process of identifying what you really are selling, who wants to buy it and what they are looking for.

Week 3, March 4, 2021, 6pm – Taking Your Business Idea Public

The better your marketing, the better your business will be. This week we will explore how find and connect with potential buyers in ways that make them know, like and trust you. If they don’t know, like and trust you, they won’t buy from you, even if you have an amazing solution to their problem.  

Week 4, March 11, 2021, 6pm – Business Roundtable

Bob Graham will moderate a discussion among some of the area’s most successful leaders, who will dish their business secrets. Fire all those questions you wouldn’t have anyone to ask at people who are ready to tell.

Week 5, March 18, 2021, 6pm – Business Pitches

To conclude, every participant will have the chance to share their refined, two-minute business pitch with the group to get practice on speaking about their idea and to maybe even invite others’ interest.

Bob Graham coaches and trains business leaders and entrepreneurs on how to be more effective. He has taught business courses at Johns Hopkins University and run a national business plan competition. He has launched two businesses of his own and he has helped dozens of other businesses start and scale.
